When she walked into the studio for our “Good Morning Texas” interview, I was taken back by just how pretty she is. And she is beautiful inside too.

Cheryl was in town to speak at a luncheon benefiting Jonathan’s Place, which is of course Dallas County’s nationally recognized resource for children who are victims of abuse, abandonment or neglect.

She openly shared her own story on GMT, and what I really loved about talking with her was that in Cheryl, we could all see the real face of recovery.
