Sometimes the last thing I want to do at the end of the day is cook…
but I don’t want to just order “fat food” to go.
I try to eat healthy when I can… I think it’s super important for us women who are trying to take care of ourselves.
Last night I ran by Green Papaya and picked up their #15 “Goi Tom Ga”…kind of a grilled chicken and shrimp salad with two kinds of cabbage, carrots and cilantro. it’s one of my favorite take out dinners.
Vietnamese is just about my favorite “to go” food because it’s so good, and I feel good about eating it.
Here’s what I’d like to know…what about you? What’s your favorite week night fast food? Where do you order from when you’re trying to eat healthy?

Have you tried Salata? It is fabulous! A huge fresh salad bar with unlimited selections. Several delicious protien choices (my favorite is the marinated grilled chicken), homemade dressings, oh my gosh, there is just SO much more. And, truly, everything is so fresh and tasty. You really do need to try if you have not been there yet. It is my favorite healthy choice when I do not feel like cooking.
