Mozzarella is a wonderful cheese that is low in calories and fat. A one ounce serving of fresh mozzarella contains about 70 calories.

Mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil are a traditional combination and even at this time of year you can find cherry tomatoes and a nice olive oil from you local grocer for a delicious salad.

You may have tried Paula Lambert’s fabulous cheeses from the Dallas based Mozzarella Company. In this video I take you inside so that you can see how this treasure from Dallas is made. Paula has been one of my favorite foodie friends for years.
