As much as I like pumpkins and mums…

I love the color and simplicity of the beautiful ristras I find this time of year in Santa Fe, where I have a home.

Walking through the markets is always a pleasure and the assortment and quality of ristras I found this year was spectacular.

I have a  modest traditional adobe home in Santa Fe so sometimes I pick up the smaller ristras for myself but I knew Jane would want the biggest ristra available because…that’s Jane!

She said it arrived in perfect shape and is now hanging on her front door, and she loves it.
