What a great find for Christmas gifts, or everyday, for the cheese lover like me.

Scardello on Oak Lawn in Dallas has the most varied selection of artisan cheeses I have seen in this area…and all the essentials to go with the cheese, including the right crackers, wonderful wines…even beautiful cheese boards and serving utensils.

They are making baskets right now to ship for Christmas.

“The Classics”…includes 5 cheeses…a triple cream from France, mountain cheese from Switzerland, English cheddar, sheep’s milk from Spain and a bleu from Italy.
