What’s a Super Bowl Party without a cheese ball? Especially this one!

Mild Bill’s Spice Co. sells maybe the best Jalapeno Ranch Dip Mix. Here’s their recipe for one of the best cheese balls/dips I’ve ever tasted.

Ingredients:

2 blocks cream cheese, softened

2 cups Mexican Shredded cheese

4 Tbsp melted butter

1 Tbsp milk

3 Tbsp Jalapeno Ranch Dip Mix

Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix All ingredients together; shape into a ball and serve with crackers and veggies.

I love the tart taste of Mexican cheese in this cheese ball.

You can still order Jalapeno Ranch Dip Mix in time for Sunday; if you live in North Texas and you order by noon Texas time, Friday. You’ll find it at Mild Bill’s Spice Co.
