Take a look at all the pics above…there is just something so fun & beautiful…
about wearing a hat! Or a “fascinator” in my case.
These pretty photos were snapped at the Wells Fargo Dallas Symphony Derby that I emceed at Lone Star Park.
Wells Fargo and the DSO have been bringing a little bit of the Kentucky Derby excitement to Dallas with the “Derby” for 18 years now. It’s a great charity event complete with hats, horses and mint juleps.
My Dad is a trained concert pianist and I grew up with classical music so I am a big supporter of this event that raises money for the Dallas Symphony education and outreach programs.
If you didn’t get a chance to go to this year’s Wells Fargo Dallas Symphony Derby make plans to attend next year.
Of all the charity events I do, this is one of the most fun.
Special thanks to Honorary Chairs Lee Bailey and Doris Jacobs, and of course Dixie Marshall the DSOL President.
And didn’t co-chair Courtney Nall look just adorable in that hat?
All these pics were shot by my good friend Danny Campbell, who always proves that professional photos are so much better than iPhone pics!
Not to mention, you have to worry a lot less about your hair, when a hat is there to capture the attention,
Jane, that hat is you. Hope you are having a great day. May you continue to be blessed and bless us. Keep up the great work. Love and Hugs!!!
Thank you Jesse, it was really fun to wear!
