The end of the week means it’s time to have fun… And what could be better than a fabulous grilled cheese sandwich from Ruthie’s Rolling Cafe?

Ruthie’s Grilled Cheese is so yummy that kids and adults of all ages were lining up before last Friday’s Highland Park Varsity football game against J.J. Pearce.  Was the grilled cheese the fuel that helped the Scots whip the Mustangs 56-0?

Ruthie’s serves up cheeseburgers too, and brisket and even mac ‘n cheese…all made with artisan cheese and gourmet breads.  I get hungry just thinking about it!

We love Ruthie’s because they make a great food, they serve it up with a smile and because they have big hearts when it comes to charity.
