The silver and blue kind that is!

The Cowboys win Sunday reminded me of the good ‘ole days and the “triplets”: Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin and Emmitt Smith..the Super Bowl Champions of the 90s.

This video, shot a couple of years ago when I was interviewing Emmitt for NBC5, was after his appearance on Dancing With the Stars. Nothing like a Dallas Cowboys star taking you for a spin to make your heart skip a beat!

It was fun dancing with Emmitt but I miss the days when he was dancing on the gridiron!

Here’s to 2015 being the year of the Cowboys!
