Being in front of a camera every day forces me to figure out little clothing tricks…
In the coming weeks, I’m going to show you a few tips about styles that work on a variety of figures.
Are you an “apple” shape like me? That means your waistline has never been tiny and is probably getting larger as you get older. It gets harder and harder to wear form fitting dresses.
But a matching skirt and top, like this green, is a little more forgiving to an apple shape than a figure hugging dress sometimes is.
A great skirt and top still give you a little bit of a curve but with just enough fabric to disguise your tummy or waist.
We’ve all gotten so used to looking at dresses recently that sometimes we forget the advantages of super skirts and tops. And one of the best things about “separates” is that they can be mixed and matched in countless ways.
What are the figure problems you would like to disguise? Please tell me in the comments below.
Great job on keeping this blog updated. I am winning a bet from a friend that was “after your July 26th post that you wouldn’t have another before Labor day. Please don’t prove me wrong.
