Does this photo look familiar? I bet you have a similar one, showing off that teen-age tan. If you’re like me, you spent way too much time in the sun in your life. As a teen-ager, I remember slathering myself with baby oil and then baking in the sun for hours to get that golden brown “summer tan”.

Now, as an adult, those hours in the sun mean sun damage to our skin. So, I’ve been experimenting with three anti-aging products I’m excited to tell you about.

Alastin Body Treatment is marketed for use after body sculpting, but my cosmetic surgeon’s office recommended it as a daily treatment for areas like my forearms, where skin often gets a crepey texture because of sun damage. This and other products can be expensive, so I only use them on areas where sun damage is worst.

Perricone MD Cold Plasma Plus is infused with retinol, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin E for healing. It not only works to smooth sun damaged crepiness but also helps tighten and firm thin, fragile skin. I’ve started using it daily on my arms and the backs of my hands, and I like the results.

I’ve used eraclea skin care products for years now and one of my favorites is their Body Sculpting Cream. All eraclea products use their patented Hylafusion system that is different from all other forms of hyaluronic acid available. Hylafusion not only hydrates the skin but prepares it for other products to work at a deeper level.

Finally, for everyday, all over body moisturizer, I keep a big bottle of Nivea Skin Firming Hydration in the shower. It’s the first thing I put on after I towel off! It contains yummy shea butter and smells delicious.

Hope this helps, my mission here is to help women take good care of themselves!
