The glamorous Sina Centurion Palace on the Grand Canal is a “must” in Venice!

The Centurion Palace  overlooks the Grand Canal, sitting between the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute, Punta della Dogana (home of the François Pinault Foundation) and the Peggy Guggenheim Museum.

General Manager Paolo Morra takes us on a private tour.

In addition to the special setting, the food at Antinoo’s, one of the most renowned restaurants in Venice, is spectacular.

Dine indoors or outside on one of the few waterfront restaurant terraces in the city…

And enjoy some of the finest food on the island.

The menu features fresh fish and seafood and Italian staples like risotto, all prepared in a modern way.

The food was quite simply, delicious!

Be sure to ask for one of the fabulous locally produced Italian wines.

And finally, some of the best desserts I had while in all of Italy!

Sina Centurion Palacesimply the best.
